I have never tried draw like this before. Technically it is not a painting. When professor was lecturing, I had no idea of what to draw. However, I wanted to draw something. So I decided to doodle and see what it was going to be. I held all crayons and used all of them together. All colors were mixed up together. Although I could not control which color was going to show on the paper, it turned out to be good. I enjoyed the process of drawing it and liked my painting. During the process, I felt the power or energy of my body. I was not drawing anything; it was more like a process of energy transition. The energy of my body was transmitted directly to the paper.
I loved your drawing! I found it very interesting how you decided to use all the crayons all together, and I was very curious about the fact that you found this as a energy transitioning activity. I tried this at home just now and I completely agree, I felt a sort of release while drawing. I really think this could help for people who have high anxiety or stress. Thanks for the idea!
