Art Share: 2 words

I thought this directive was insightful for me. 2 of the 4 words I chose to depict were "wise" and "telescope." For "wise" I drew a grandmother on a rocking chair. I think of a person who has experienced a lot and seen the way things work, she is able to provide wise counsel. 

For the telescope, I think about seeing far away, seeing the bigger picture, being intrigued by the unknown and curious about life. I thought it was interesting how both characters (the grandmother and little girl) interact with each other, and of course I didn't mean for it to turn out this way but it just did. The grandmother is looking at the curious little girl, while the girl looks out the window. It shows the difference in generation and age, as well as what is developmentally happening for each.
