Art Share- Social Worker’s Sel

I created a girl and a giraffe in the picture. The girl is feeding the giraffe grass. In the picture, the girl is me, the caseworker and the giraffe is a symbol of my clients. I always have the feeling of feeding in my placement this year. I am working in the ACT team and nearly all the clients are involuntary client. They would always not show up even when the appointment had been made. Since the agency needs billings which depend on the paper work created based on seeing the clients, so we always need to catch them to make the visit. Also, the clients I am working with are having their own ideas of the lives, but they will never do something to achieve their goals. We help them on the goals, but we find it hard to make them get their things done. It’s like the picture, we have the resources and they asked for it, but we need to hand it to them or they will not get it.
